What does it cost to register?

To register as a member is absolutely free.

How much does it cost to make a listing - in the Products Market?

Currently we are offering a FREE 12 month introductory offer for our Product Supplier members. It won't stay free forever, so sign up now to get your first 12 months free. When we do introduce our pricing plan you can be assured it will be inexpensive and represent excellent value.

How much does it cost to make a listing - in the Services Market?

Registration is absolutely free for service providers as is making a listing. There is also no cost in us forwarding job requests to you. If you choose to accept our lead for a job you will be charged a small fee of £5.00 and the contact details of the member will be made available to you.

How many other service providers will be competing on a particular job?

Any particular job request can only be submitted to a maximum of four service providers. We feel that this is a fair number in order for our client members to get competitive quotes while still making the process extremely cost effective for our service providers.

How do I contact customers?

Customer details will be forwarded to you should you accept a job request. We suggest you make contact with the customer as soon as practical.

How do I get more jobs sent to me?

It is up to the customer to select who he/she would like to send a quote request to. This usually takes into consideration the locality of the service provider, your ratings, testimonials, references and your portfolio etc. Therefore if you wish to receive more jobs, promote your business as best you can and follow it up with great service.

Can I see the jobs I have quoted for?

Yes. Simply log in to your member area and select Leads under your Business Features. You will be able to view New, Declined, Accepted, Open, Won, Lost, Cold job leads.

How do the ratings work?

Customers who employ tradespeople (service providers)via the RenovatorsDream site are able to provide honest feedback on the job completed. These ratings are then made available the the Renovators Dream community therefore rewarding those tradespeople providing excellent service.

How can I get a customer to rate me?

On the completion of the job simply ask the member to complete a review of your job in the Members section. We expect all members to provide a fair review of the service provided however should you not agree with the rating given please contact us and we will try to resolve any issue. It is in the best interest of all parties that fair and honest reviews are placed.
